         Keywords: F100 travelers SN dropdowns were not utilizing the OBS column; F100 travelers updated; CONVERTER modified

         Text:	the dropdown SN's on travelers (in the F100 specifically) were not checking for OBS is NULL in the query. This has been changed in all F100 travelers. This problem will still exist in other projects and would have to be updated by hand if OBS is used in other areas for SNs. Typically SNs were deleted rather than obsoleted so this was not previously checked or a problem. But proper checking should have been part of the query and has been updated in the CONVERTER program
