Val & Bonnie,

I did a quick search for the flange SN and talked with Chris.  Someone had mixed up flange and assembly serial numbers.  Chris & I checked a couple more things, and I looked at one of the windows on my shelf.  We found the information that Chris needed and everything is OK.
