[Pansophy] Delete NCR

It's deleted. 

I went in to Travelers -> F100, opened F100-CAV-NCR and then the sequence list and saw some FLG serial numbers at the bottom of the sequence list.  Are those CAV-INSP-FLNG serial numbers.

And, OK, I should know this already, but how else could you tell if an NCR was linked to the C100 travelers?

Not sure how it got created, but it's definitely not applicable to it's associated inspection traveler.

Also have a look at : F100-CAV-INSP-FLNG   There doesn't seem to be way to see if there's an NCR linked to any of the filled out travelers.
