[Pansophy] C50R-CU-ASSY-TUNE

Good morning,
     In step one in this traveler _*C50R-CU-ASSY-TUNE*_, the selections 
I put in for drop down menus; CavitySNLeft1, and CavitySNRight1 
disappear upon clicking the *INSTANTIATE/SUBMIT TO DATABASE* button.  
Have made several attempts to retry this process and we are still having 
a problem with it.
