[Pansophy] NCR closing question

Hey Valerie,

I just noticed the following NCR that was dispositioned UAI but did not automatically close.
That is if I remember correctly, that it closes with the final disposition.
SerialNum: 2131 	Traveler ID: L2PRD-NCR 	Rev: R9 	Page:4 	Traveler Seq Number: 1056

I saw the same thing for the next one... however I did close it before I realized it should have closed 
when the final disposition occurred. 
SerialNum: 2207 	Traveler ID: L2PRD-NCR 	Rev: R9 	Page:4 	Traveler Seq Number: 1198

I don't mind closing it but the e-mail notification is what clues me in on the activity. And I think
that is triggered when it is closed?
