Looks like the same thing above applies to SN: 105,110.
All three are selections other than "non-cavity 1 or 6" selections for the configuration.

Please look at the following Traveler:
Traveler ID: L2PRD-CM-INSP-IMAG 	Rev: R2 	Page:2
Serial number 102.

After data entry the information entered does not seem to be saved by the submit selection.
Likely related to the selection of the Cavity configuration selection.
