This has been fixed. Yes it had to do with the HOM name changes.

John, I think there has been a change recently to the HOM naming convention, maybe that is why it's not working for you. 

Valerie, If the traveler needs an edit because of this, let me know.

Please check the following traveler for the HOM 1 Pin; HOM 2 Pin selections. 
The selection yes or no does not seem to stick when saved.
