[Pansophy] SNS PPU Traveler Masterlist

I noticed that there is a traveler for "Upper Cold Mass Assembly", which
is based on LCLS-II terminology. For PPU, that can be replaced with Cold
Mass Assembly. The abbreviation for traveler should be CMAS. Here is
the link to the original SNS's cold mass assembly traveler authored by Ed:
