Hi!

I wonder if I can have different field ID? Instead of AV15SN, can I create a new one like BLAVVSN and then attach a lookup table populated with specific numbers (list was attached earlier)?

I guess AV15SN is an existing one with its own definition already.

Travelers get the serial numbers from a lookup table.  When a traveler is selected for editing, the project (L2PRD) from the traveler name and the acronym from the select box (AV15SN) are the key fields used to find the serial numbers for the dropdown.  Since all of the 54132-GE02-0001, Easy Close All Metal Angle Valve DN40s have the AV15SN acronym, they cannot be separated.



The situation that occurred this week is an inventory issue. We will be more diligent in the future to insure that we select only the leak checked 54132-GE02-0001 valves for the BLA assemblies.

Hi Megan,

Would you please leave only these serial numbers at the dropdown menu of the field "AV15SN" in the step 4?

These serial numbers are leak checked beforehand to use at the BLA assembly. Having other serial numbers can introduce an error. The list is attached.

FYI, they are separately stored on the inventory shelf as well.
