[Pansophy] BLA dashboard

HyeKyoung,

I've added the BLA Dashboard link in the DocuShare area of Pansophy. From the main menu if you navigate to DocuShare > SRF > BLA Dashboard it will link to the file in DocuShare.

I've also added the corresponding date fields from the traveler to the User Canned Report. You can get to this by navigating to Datamine > Queries > User Canned Report. From there, select L2PRD and L2PRD-CM-INSP-BLA
