Yes. I saw the message too. I saved the macro enabled spreadsheet as an xlsx file. Not sure why we get the message.

Christiana,

When I click on the link, the excel file opens and gives me a warning

When I click ok (twice) then the file opens with data. Are you seeing this error?

Valerie

Hi Again,

I deleted the empty spreadsheet and tried to upload the attached file to L2PRD-CAV-VTRF sequence number 317. I clicked on the link in the traveler and an empty spreadsheet opened. Not sure what is going on?

Christiana

Hello,

I am working on finding 0-size spreadsheets and collecting data to be reprocessed in the updated spreadsheet template.

I have create a directory where I have saved the data from the L2PRD area and started processing the data. Unfortunately I don't know the start/stop rows and other parameters to complete processing. The data and *xlsm files can be found in the directory:

M:\asd\asddata\VTRF_PansophyData

You can either reprocess your data and upload new spreadsheet, or send us the parameters and we can reprocess and upload files. Some travelers have been closed and will need to be reopened to upload information.

In the directory I have included a file MissingVTRFdata.xlsx. This has the know list of L2PRD R4 files.

And some files included from Christiana. Please help me to complete the list and reprocess this data.

I am very sorry for this problem and I am working to correct as soon as possible.

Thank You.

Valerie Bookwalter

Thank You!

I have updated the link to the VTRF Spreadsheet in L2PRD-CAV-VTRF-R4 to be the same as it was in R3.

I have also added the link to the Testing Procedure (Thank You Liang!).

I apologize for this mistake.

I will look for possible files that may have been made with the old spreadsheet and let you know what I find.

Please let me know if there are data sets that need to be re-processed with the updated Template.

Hi Pansophy Team,

There is some issue with the "Excel spreadsheet template for VTA RF measurements" (page 0) in the traveler "L2PRD-CAV-VTRF Rev: R4 (LCLSII (Production Cryomodule) Vertical cavity Testing, currently in use)". Looks like when the travler was updated last time, the link rolled back to an earlier version of the spreadsheet.

Critical issues about the spreadsheet:

1) It is not the latest version, to my knowledge the latest version should be "27Sept2018" version. It generates incomplete file name and the horizontal error bars in the Q0-Eacc plot are wrong, but these could be manually adjusted with more time.

2) The "Copy Workbook without Macros" function does not work properly, depending on which version of the spreadsheet, it may generate a blank file with/without an error message. The tester either need to save the file with Macro in it or somehow find a version that has this function working properly.

I have the latest spreadsheet saved on my desktop to use, but not all people using the traveler know these issues.

In addition, the link to "LCLSII VTA RF Testing Procedure" is missing. Here is the link to the latest version:

Thanks,

Liang
