Anne,

I would say that 40% of the server is done as far as functionality goes. It was a slow start because of all the setup, but all of us are progressing much faster now. Some of the items will go very quickly in our modified action list, functionality that is currently not be used will be removed from the menu and upgrade later, and security will be upgrade once the server is active.

I also went in separately to make sure that I could get to your KanBan – will spend more time looking at this later today



Two questions –

1.      What percent of the Server & SW upgrades do you think are complete so far  ?  perhaps 50% ?   Just wanted to understand how much more you still needed . The KanBan card explain the tasks and progress – but it is not always clear the level of effort remaining

2.      Are the spread sheets in Docu share for SNS, C75 and P1 up to date for traveler progress ?   Last week Megan said they were- so for Mondays 9AM meeting with Tony I was going to send these to the group leaders so everyone has the current Traveler Status . (Tony was interested to know the situation last Monday )
