[Pansophy] Drilldown Links may give incorrect Open/Close status

The DrillDown pages in the Pansophy Toolbox has a gap in it's handling of traveler open/close status. We are working on updating the search utilities and will correct as soon as we can.

Please use the Reports area for tracking Open/Close status.
If in LCLS-II (L2PRD), please use the "TrafficLight" status board.
For other projects use the Report Travelers Open/Closed.
