Hello Valerie
I was completely unaware until today about this problem . It came up in the SNSPPU meeting this afternoon .
I was also unaware that it was "high Priority" and so it caught all of us completely by surprise
We still do not have any priority list (Katherine is working on this) and as you can see travelers are missing
I hope it starts to improve soon- am working with Katherine to try and get a schedule so we have an order that makes sense .
P6 does not tell you when the item is needed , only when it is delivered , so it is of no help in developing a schedule
Thanks for your help in getting this traveler released for Katherine
Anne

Anne,
Megan is on vacation today and tomorrow.
I don't understand why this is a "high priority" all of a sudden for us.
I had not heard inspections were starting.
Anyway, Katherine finally remembered Megan was on vacation and contacted me about 30 minutes ago.
It is why we encourage people to send to pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>
I was able to find the traveler, confirm it was approved and released it into production.
I also asked Katherine for HES serial numbers as there are none in the system at this time.
If Aaron has the numbers then if he would send them to us and I can put them in the database.
Otherwise, Aaron can put the SNs in a comment box for now until they are uploaded.
Valerie

Hi Megan
We learned today that the HV Inspection is a high Priority for SNSPPU (parts are here)
Just wanted to let you know that Katherine is working on the traveler and drawings for Aaron - so as soon as you get this traveler if you could please put it as a high priority it would be much appreciated
Thanks Anne

Hi Anne and Kirk,
I've tried contacting Katherine and Ed with no luck. For the PPU Hv shells I need a drawing and charge code please. Also, no inspection traveler exists yet in pansophy. Should this work be postponed on schedule?
Thanks,
Aaron
