[Pansophy] New Person and Students coming to the lab

Hello,

I have a HS Student starting Sept 21st    (Carol McKisson)
2 College Students starting Sept 7th (List Surles-Law)
And a term that will be starting (we hope) sometime in September.

Students will all need dongles to log in (Education I think is coordinating that part) and I will need to get the new term his stuff.
Also, the 2 college students and the term (Documentation Coordinator) will need access to our Pansophy Databases.
This will require them to get a MFA for that machine. David Sheppard handles our databases.
Could you please tell me where I can find information and what paperwork/requests I need to do to make the above happen?
