[Pansophy] pansophydev server not responding

Ok this should be fixed now Valerie.

The problem was that the server config specified that it should run as user 'adapps' and group 'httpd'.  Well, group 'httpd' was renamed to 'httpd-grp' and doing so caused this web server to not start.

Strange...the Apache service will not start on it and shows the following error:

AH00544: httpd: bad group name httpd

I'll have to get someone in the CNI group to take a look...

We cannot get onto the pansophydev.jlab.org server.
Not sure if this is a network or machine issue.
Can you please reboot or bring the machine back on line please.
