[Pansophy] Excel macro for C75 VTA data

The one for L2PRD is the best we have. I grabbed it from the L2VTRF traveler.  It needs tweaking by MD, but it's best we have now.

the current link in traveler C75-CPR-VTRF points to an Excel spreadsheet for C100, it does not have macros. Could you please update the link to the correct file location? Perhaps Kirk can send you that .xlsm file if you don't have it?
