Procedures do not collect data. They are often used to further detail a process done in a traveler. Some people type all of it in the traveler, others write a procedure. They are a reference document that is attached to a traveler in PDF format.

Can you settle a question please? In my talk on travelers, I said that travelers involve data collection, and procedures don't.  Someone disagreed with me and said some procedures have data collection.  Which is correct?
