[Pansophy] Project Leader (Reviewer) for SNSPPU travelers

Megan is preparing travelers for SNS-PPU.
As a general rule we put the "project leader" as a reviewer on ALL travelers.
Will this be "edaly" or "kwilson"?  on ALL or some sub-section of travelers (CAV, CPR, CM)?
