Val,

Here is what I managed to get from the SNS(2000) travelers.  I deleted about 20 records as useless (null data in both fields).  There are only about 150 records with potentially useful information, many of the records have null data in the description or refer to the traveler for details.

I made a pivot table to get a count of NCRs per Traveler, which may be useful.  However, since SNS(2000) NCRs did not have any category data, and many of the descriptions are not helpful, trying to figure out problem counts will be difficult at best.

I just had a chance to take a look at this.  The SNSNCR traveler has 5 revisions, R3 - R% have 2 pages each.  The descriptions all appear to be on page 1.  Several NCRs have 'NULL' or 'See traveler' in the description.  I think I can put something together for a one-time spreadsheet, I don't see the value of making a web page for this.



I suppose the travelerid and the description is all that is needed.  If they want the disposition as well, that will take a bit longer.

During the PFMEA for SNS PPU, the question came up whether it could be possible to get for SNS-2000  a list of all the NCRs with a short description of the problem (similar to what is done for LCLS-II



Kurt Macha was not sure if D3s were in use at that time - if they were then we wondered if we could get a list of these also



I reminded everyone that SNS-2000 was in an older version of Pansophy - so this might not be possible



Could you let us know ? we will let the others know if this is not possible
