Anne,

Here is what I managed to get from the SNS(2000) travelers.  I deleted about 20 records as useless (null data in both fields).  There are only about 150 records with potentially useful information, many of the records have null data in the description or refer to the traveler for details.

I made a pivot table to get a count of NCRs per Traveler, which may be useful.  However, since SNS(2000) NCRs did not have any category data, and many of the descriptions are not helpful, trying to figure out problem counts will be difficult at best.

I also found only one record in the D3 table which I included.
