[Pansophy] Couple Data From Mammosser - Where's the Traveler???

I have received the coupler data from Mammosser and uploaded it to the Share drive.
He says he can't because he doesn't have the dongle yet, but I think he was saying he can't upload to Pansophy yet.
Or he is not understand the Share Drive.

Anyway, I cannot find a FPC traveler in SNSPPU in which to attach this data????
Who is responsible on our end for Couplers? And where is the traveler?
