All, but especially Valerie...

Here is a rough draft for a common/STP traveler to collect training acknowledgment data (Valerie gets credit for the idea). The traveler would use the current process and tools for developing travelers. Reports/queries could be developed later. Is this something that could be created soon?

All thoughts, criticisms, ideas are welcome.
