Dear All,
At the 3 pm mtg we reviewed the upcoming activities for the next three months.  There is a lot of inspection work to do that your groups will likely support.

Look for a meeting next week where we can review and prioritize the upcoming activities.  Since there is such a backlog, we'll need to focus on near term activities that feed in cavity prep & test and string assembly.  Ensuring that cold mass parts, kits and hardware are available is shortly behind that.
