[Pansophy] SNS PPU outer mag shield extensions acronyms

Hi everyone,

A small correction to these acronyms.  Since we already have OMAGS (Secondary Outer Magnetic Shield), I suggest the following changes.

Outer mag shield supply extensions gets OMAGSE.

Outer mag shield return extensions gets OMAGRE.

Hi team,

Mike and I discussed about adding a couple acronyms for the SNS PPU outer mag shield supply & return extensions, respectively. Outer mag shield gets OMAG. Outer mag shield supply extensions gets OMAGS. I don't see one for the outer mag shield return extension. I assume it will be OMAGR.

Please add this acronym so that I can use it in inspection traveler.
