Liang,
I agree... I separated surface damage only to see if it is necessary to have all the sub-categories.
And yes categories should be moved.
And yes group names can be changed to whatever "they" want.
And yes different groups may have the same sub-categories.
It is all about what "they" want

>From a quick look at the inspection parts, in my opinion, surface damage is part of visual inspection. And what is in the Visual Inspection box now is more like mechanical/physical damage of components, as opposed to surface damage. Parallelism is more of a dimensional issue rather than a surface damage.
Generally speaking, i think it is a good start. I imagine there will be some feedback on which items belongs to which box and the title of the boxes.
Such as, the "Cryomodule" box is mainly about cryomodule assembly. Looking forward to the discussions.
