[Pansophy] BLA B221-A244

[Liang Zhao]

I have located the BLA housing+absorber on the lower shelf outside the chem room, assembled with a valve on it. There is another valve next to it, bagged, seems to be cleaned. Teena said this other valve may need to go with the BLA as well. Can anyone provide the story about the other valve and the path forward for it?

Hi!
I had it taken out of cleanroom last week. The leak is from the large knife edge flange.
Would you please create an NCR?

By the way, this will need an inspection on the knife edges.
