Thank You. I will contact the computer center to get the ball rolling.
Please note that the P-Team needs to take some time (hopefully only 1 week) to upgrade the Pansophy server. This is a high priority. Our loss of access was not only the Cert problem but also the fact that the Adobe ColdFusion software is no longer supported (too old) and the JAVA and supporting software is out of date. If it wasn't for Bobby Lawrence, in the computer center, figuring out a workaround we would still not be able to use Pansophy. As a team we need to get this done and resolved.
Please advise other project members of this deviation in effort and they can still send emails to pansophy at jlab.org and we will respond. Also, draft travelers should be uploaded to DocuShare and the most recent copies of travelers can be found there as well. Megan sent out the new traveler template slides that explained how to get the most recent version (with the NCR and D3 upgrades). If you need these slides we can send it out again. All travelers coming from L2PRD will have to be put into this new template (copy and paste but don't overwrite the 1st page).
Thank you for your patience.
Valerie

Yes, Chris Williamson (who has since moved to a different role in the computer center) handled everything. I’m sure he could at least point you to the correct person.

looks good to me
Katherine,
Did you have to go through the computer center to setup the oneDrive for L2?
Valerie

Any comments?
--------------
Dear Aliaksandr,
As was done for LCLS-II, JLab would like to collect electronic data from manufacturing of SNS PPU production cavities. We propose to use the same method for transfer and storage of data on OneDrive.
As a first step, we request a blank set of electronic travelers that are being used for PPU cavities. These can be uploaded to OneDrive once the file location is set up.
The contact for data transfer at JLab is ___ Valerie B ____ Megan M.
If you would like to have a short videoconference to discuss any questions, please let us know.
Thanks in advance,
Ed
