Ed,
It would be very helpful to be know what is in the kits that were purchased as such, and what goes into production kits (all the parts we will deliver to each work stations).
Thanks,

We do need to make sure that kits are properly defined.

I think color coding was for SOTR use when going through this and probably not necessary.

Dear Valerie,
Feedback -
1) Flags are ok to indicate coloring scheme. We need to coordinate and use the same coloring scheme.
2) Hopefully Gary and Matt can clarify the questions raised.
3) Let's use the clarified names and drawing numbers provided by Engineering for the first level down. We need to discuss how to drill down to some of the lower level items.
I'll put a meeting together for us to discuss with the interested parties.
Thanks,
Ed

Ed / Katherine,
I have put together everyone's spreadsheet into a new BOM.
I have a few questions:
1. Do you want the color coding included in the BOM? It would have to be a flag and not color
2. I had 1 item from Gary and 1 item from Matt that I could not find and I have sent them an email
3. Do you want the BOM to show the new drawing number and drawing title or the original from Jim? These are listed in "what the drawing says" columns.
I need to have these answered before uploading to the database so that we can account for the color/label and any other items you may want it to contain.
Thank You
Valerie
