Hi Mike,
I was trying to generate the Traveler Open/Closed by Month, and Pansophy says "You do not have privilidges in this area." I remember I had this issue quite a while ago before the upgrade, now it is back... Could you help looking into this as well?
Thanks,
Liang

Liang,
As a quick fix, right clicking on the chart will bring up a menu. You can export the chart data to Excel, and work from there.. I will take a look at the charts starting Monday, to see what can be done to correct things.

Subject: [Pansophy] NCR report plots formatting in Datamine after upgrade
Hi Pansophy Team,
I am using the DATAMINE -> NCR report to generate some plots. I noticed that the column plots lost their old formatting.
The most urgent one:
--The numbers on top of the columns are missing (mainly percentage). These are: "NCR open/closed by work center", "Initiation of First response", "NCR age".
Some other small things could be better but not as urgent:
--For the "Open NCR Dispositions", the 3D bars have black sides, which can be confused with the bar that is actually black colored.
--The columns are narrower which made the text on horizontal axis incomplete, the legend is outside on the right of the plot.
Could you please help with the first issue?
Thanks,
Liang
