[Pansophy] NCR drop down in Traveler does not show NCRs that have been assigned.

Hi team!

I have experienced an issue with the NCRs being created for SNSPPU05 Cavity. SerialNum: PPU05   Traveler ID: SNSPPU-INSP-CAV.
Below the drop down shows no NCRs.  There are two assigned to this traveler.  #25 & #26.

I can access the NCR through the PPU drop down:

Then:

This is how I have to open the NCR up.
