[Pansophy] SNSPPU-CAV-HES

All,

I'm working on the SSNPPU helium vessel welding activity and using several travelers in the process.

I noticed the helium vessel shell inspection traveler is called SNSPPU-CAV-HES.
Why is this not a SNSPPU-INSP traveler?
