Thank you for the assistance. I have placed both of the travelers into the draft Docushare folder and supporting drawing files in the Travelers Included Files folder.
Matt

Hi Matt,
We have updated the front page of Pansophy to include some helpful links. For this situation, the Traveler Author Checklist will be helpful as it details the steps to attaching drawings to the reference section on the front page of a traveler. You can also use the Traveler/Procedure Acronyms link to learn more about the new naming convention. INSP is a task but we consider it a workcenter as well because it is done in the CMM room. Sorry for the confusion!
Megan

Allen,
What method is best for attaching drawings? For reference, I looked at traveler SNSPPU-INSP-HOBCB and did not see any attached.
Matt

It’s because of the INSP tag. The short and sweet is that putting it there helps sorting and sifting through pansophy. Something I forgot to mention is that both travelers also need drawings to be attached to them. Sorry that this is being a bit confusing.

Thanks Allen. It's only the inspection travelers that do not follow the format PROJ-WCA-COMP-ACTION? I figured it would be SNSPPU-VV-INSP instead of SNSPPU-INSP-VV.

Hi Matt,
A few things. First, this is not the correct folder. When travelers are ready for approval, they need to be put in the draft travelers folder in docushare. Second, the names aren’t quite right. They aren’t supposed to have DRAFT in the title, SNSPPU-CMA-VV-INSP needs to be changed to SNSPPU-INSP-VV, and SNSPPU-CMA-VV-EVAC needs to become SNSPPU-CMA-VV-LEAK. Lastly, the format has been changed in the reference area. It needs to be two rows of five columns, anything different will mess with the converter. If you could make these changes and then upload to the SNSPPU drafts folder in docushare, I can upload for approval.

Dear Pansophy,
I have placed my draft vac vessel travelers (DRAFT SNSPPU-CMA-VV-INSP & DRAFT SNSPPU-CMA-VV-EVAC) in the folder:
M:\SNS_PPU\Travelers.
Thanks,
Matt

Good morning Matt,
The current process is still to upload the latest version to the drafts folder, and then inform us when it is ready. This will be changing here shortly, but for now, that is the process.

Mike,
The last travelers I did through email submission. What is the process for submitting the travelers now?

Hi Matt,
In the INSP traveler, I changed the acronym from SFRSN to VVSN.
In the LEAK traveler, the serial number selections needs to be added to step 1.
As for Survey & Alignment, they have performed measurements at Bluecrab, the TL North Receiving area, and in front of the Test Cave. Pretty much where ever the vacuum vessel is setup. I would suggest making the work center CMA, and let John Fischer coordinate with S&A to accomplish this task.
Also, the traveler nomenclature needs to be corrected/updated.

Hi,
Here are the SNSPPU vacuum vessel travelers. There are two travelers, one inspection Traveler and one Leak Test Traveler. Please confirm that I have everything correct from a formatting scope.
However, the vac vessel is a large item that will need survey and alignment (S&A) to do the dimensional inspection. Does this require a change to the workstation from CMM to another work station or does the CMM station work with S&A to get the inspection done?
Thanks,
Matt
