[Pansophy] traveler for review

A couple things. First, the NCRs and D3s need some work. Names can't appear in both of the NCR categories, and the D3 is completely blank. In addition, the formatting is off with spaces inbetween each name. Next, the DimensionOK fieldnames repeat in a couple areas, which would also mess with Pansophy. That is all that I noticed, but I would recommend you go through the checklist on the pansophy front page to make sure there is nothing else.
