[Pansophy] SNSPPU-CAV-ASSY-HELV

Good afternoon,

I was looking over SNSPPU-CAV-ASSY-HELV-R2 when I noticed that the NCR Informative slot was left blank. None of the NCR or D3 slots can be left blank for Pansophy to work, so I was wondering who you thought should be placed in there. Please let me know as soon as possible and I should be able to move forward from there.
