Hi Anne,
I think the one you're thinking of is SNSPPU-INSP-BLBP. I am currently working on getting this one fixed and uploaded to pansophy. It should be up by the end of the day.

Hi Naeem
I think this really should have been discussed in the priorities meeting with Kirk Davis , I do not know where this stacks up in the overall priorities
We have a lot of work going on right now in Inspection - Can you say when they are actually needed ?
Anne

Hi Anne,
The string bellows are the priority but, as discussed at the scheduling meeting, they don't have the travelers in Pansophy yet. The HOBCB is currently in pansophy, so should be started if the sting bellows need to wait on traveler upload
Thanks,
Naeem

Naeem -
Kurt Macha has also said the string bellows are important - so we need to know what is the priority
Traveler ID: SNSPPU-INSP-HOBCB
Or the string bellows ?
Thanks Anne

Hi Anne,
As Gary stated, I see that the HOBCB traveler is in Pansophy. The inspections seem to be visual and do not involve the CMM. I also share Gary's concern about this vendor. If not all 7 kits, please try and get a few of them (at least one kit) on the shelf.
Thanks,
Naeem

Correct, HOBCB will be used on the cold mass assembly.

Hi Anne,
I think you and Gary are referring to different bellows. Your list below is cavity string bellows, and Gary is talking about the helium outlet bellows.
Gary, is that right?
Thanks,
Naeem

Hi Anne,
PPU management enforces kitting so if all procurement implemented kitting, ideally you would expect to see 7 kits of all things needed for assemblies. I know there are variations due to the fact that in the real world, not everything can be easily kitted due to the size for example. And some items may have spares that are not kitted.
The SNS PPU He outlet & con bellows (HOBCB) are kitted. My SOW & traveler both have kit definition. So there are 7 kits of HOBCB. And, I bought a couple spare bellows.
As to how many parts/kits to inspect, for the HOBCB, please inspect them all. They are made by Hyspan who delivered poor quality hoses to a subcontractor of us. Bellows takes time to repair/make, especially when the vendor is Hyspan.
Thanks,
Gary
