[Pansophy] CEBAF Girder Assembly ID questions

Tiffany,

I just heard from Valerie that the CEBAF Warm Girder area in Pansophy will be WMGRDR to match the same area in DocuShare. In the menu, it shows up under CEBAF. So your traveler listed below should look something like WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY. I'm not sure, but generally procedures begin with CP-XXXXX for Common Procedure.

Subject: [Pansophy] CEBAF Girder Assembly ID questions

Hi Team,

I am currently working on the procedure for the CEBAF Girder Clean Assembly and Leak Check. I'll start working on the traveler to go with it next. I'd like to check with you on the ID for the procedure and traveler. I think that the procedure and traveler ID should be CEBAF-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY but I did not see options for CEBAF nor GIRDER in TPAcronyms2020d site<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Admin/TPAcronyms2020d.cfm>. Is there a different ID that I should be using? Also can the procedure and traveler have the same ID (both be CEBAF-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY) or is there some way of distinguishing the procedure from the traveler in the ID?

Thanks,

Tiffany Ganey
