Hi Mike

You email came to my home account - so I am just looking at it now -

It would be a good idea for everyone to delete my home email
(eamcewen at gmail.com <mailto:eamcewen at gmail.com> ) so that it does not
accidentally get used, and result in a delayed response like this one

I am not sure what you mean by POA projects , Is this the list of charge
codes vs WBS ? If so yes I can do this from the "project Roll up " in Cost
point

Unfortatunly SRSRSRF is only one big "roll up" in cost point - so it won't
align to a separate WBS and Charge code in Cost Point . However to help keep
it straight I believe that following our meeting with Ari and Mike on the
girder project a separate folder was created in the Docushare Project
Folders for SRF

Hope this helps

Anne

Subject: Procurement to Pansophy Decoder Ring

Anne,

Many of the POA projects are rather self-explanatory and can be matched up
with Traveler projects. However, there are a few that pop up every once in
a while that are not so easy to match up. For example, the POA information
from POs for RSRSRF matches up with WMGRDR travelers in Pansophy, which is
not intuitive.

Would you be able provide us with a lookup table/spreadsheet that would help
us match POA projects to Traveler projects?

Thanks,

Mike Dickey
