[Pansophy] NCR247 cancellation

Hi Team!
Can I get NCR247 cancelled?  I discovered a tolerance on the C75 Dogleg Assy drawing that gives a bolt diameter a bonus tolerance.  This makes the part within tolerance and this NCR should not have been created.
