I was realizing it likely only went to SRF, and perhaps not the SOTRs & PMO

All,

Just sending out a slide set to help with the authoring of travelers

A couple things

*        Please ensure that your traveler is in the current traveler template

o   The current format will have NCR Informative, NCR Dispositioners and D3 Emails on the traveler header page

o   This slide set has instructions on how to access it

*        For the emails, please be sure to use just the usernames in all lowercase

o   Do not put the same people for informative and dispositioners

*        Make sure that there are no special characters in your [[FieldNames]]. The only special character that can be used is an underscore (_)

o   NO SPACES

*        Please make sure your [[FieldNames]] are unique and that there are no duplicates

*        Please remove all comments from the traveler before sending to Pansophy. It is hard for us to know if the changes talked about in comments have already been made.

In the past, we have asked that you print the traveler, get it signed and upload the word doc to the drafts folder, but, since the Pansophy Team is working remotely, please upload the traveler to the Drafts folder in DocuShare and email pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org> to notify us that it is there.

This will help us get the travelers out for approval and onto Pansophy in a timely manner
