[Pansophy] help with travelers

In order or needed date.  The first three are needed by the end of October.   4/5/6 are underway with data stored offline for now.

1.       Tunnel to SRF transport traveler – Anthony and possibly RADCON to input serial numbers
                 Girder (NL location)
                Valves (VAT 0101 serial and locations)
                Ion pump assemblies (ion pump and right valve serial and location)

2.       particle sampling - Anne-Marie

3.       Ion pump cleaning, bake, and certification – Ari

4.      replacement  316L/316LN parts incoming inspection – Ari
drop down items with part list – see PO sent in email.

5.      replacement 316L/316LN parts hydrogen degas – Ari/Scott

6.      replacement 316L/316LN parts leak check – Ari/CMA

7.      VAT 010 warm valve rebuild - Tiffany/Danny
Need part number and legacy items

8.      Original 304 parts hydrogen degas – Ari/Scott

9. Original 304 parts parts leak check – Ari/CMA

10.  BPM cleaning and RF check – AnneMarie/Peter O/Ashley/Pete Francis

11.  Viewer assembly - AnneMarie/Tiffany/Keith Cole & Anthony Dela Cruz

12.  Girder assembly and leak-check - Tiffany/Danny

13.  Girder offline bake - Ari/Anthony DiPette

14.  Installation in Tunnel location - Anthony DiPette

I need help setting up a CEBAF girder refurbishment traveler database. I think this needs to live under the SRF - "CEBAF warm girder work". Here is the list of travelers needed below.



particle sampling - Anne-Marie

BPM cleaning and RF check - Peter/Ashley

Viewer assembly - Annemarie/Tiffany/Danny

replacement  316L/316LN parts incoming inspection - Ari

replacement 316L/316LN parts hydrogen degas - Ari

replacement 316L/316LN parts leak check - Ari

Original 304 parts hydrogen degas - Ari

Who on the pansophy team is available to set this up and help with the baseline templates to propagate to the system owners for final edits - time is short. All travelers will be relatively simple.
