Mike Drury needs to be in on the decisions on which travelers and other work control documents to have in place. We have been discussing the completion of the WCD for weeks now focused mostly on procedures.

Hello Pansophy Team,

I need help setting up a CEBAF girder refurbishment traveler database. I think this needs to live under the SRF - "CEBAF warm girder work". Here is the list of travelers needed below.

particle sampling - Anne-Marie
Ion pump cleaning, bake, and certification - Ari
BPM cleaning and RF check - Peter/Ashley
Viewer assembly - Annemarie/Tiffany/Danny
replacement  316L/316LN parts incoming inspection - Ari
replacement 316L/316LN parts hydrogen degas - Ari
replacement 316L/316LN parts leak check - Ari
Original 304 parts hydrogen degas - Ari
VAT 010 warm valve rebuild - Tiffany/Danny
Girder assembly and leak-check - Tiffany/Danny
Girder offline bake - Ari/Anthoney DiPette
installation in Tunnel - Anthoney DiPette

Who on the pansophy team is available to set this up and help with the baseline templates to propagate to the system owners for final edits - time is short. All travelers will be relatively simple.
