[Pansophy] HE Inspection Schedule

Hello all .

There is no traveler in Pansophy for HE , so work cannot be started

>From the message sent by Megan the author is responsible to send it to Pansophy when ready so it can be sent around for approval using the docushare system for getting the signatures, once it is approve then the inspectors can see it

If the parts are physically here, and the traveler is visible in Pansophy then we can schedule (based on priorities)

We are showing as "TBD" work that can be done as a filler like the C100R feedthroughs and C75 Elbows etc.

Anne

Hi!
C100 spare feedthroughs have been in the schedule quite some time just to remind that the inspection needs to be done. However, it's not a urgent job so we'll try to get HE feedthroughs first.

The part numbers of HE feedthroughs are
HOM feedthrough: GMM-B9433A
Pick-up feedthrough: GMM-B9434A

I had travelers in the L2HE draft folder for a long time. But it looks like the template is now new. I'm guessing I'll have to redo it?

Thanks!
HyeKyoung

Hi Katherine

There are no HE travelers approved right now (see docushare project folder)
Also, Hyekyoung told us last week that the 20 feed through are spares for C100R not for HE. ,So perhaps you are talking about a different lot and PN ?
So could you let us know which traveler to use , for the feed through and confirm which Part No and SN etc (,we are getting confused)

Once its sorted out and we know which traveler to use ETC. we can put them on the schedule.
Thanks for your help

Hi Anne, HyeKyoung wrote travelers for some feedthroughs that will be inspected this fall. They are here but less urgent, so you can let me know when is a good time to inspect them. HyeKyoung, do we need anything else before we inspect? Can we start moving those through the system?

Other parts start arriving around Feb, so no work on that yet.

Thanks,
Katherine
