Hi Ashley. step 1 looks good. I wanted to talk to you briefly about the field names. It is preferable if the field names are more descriptive than Comment1, TimeAndDate2, etc. It is preferable to give some sort of description to the name. For example, the comment in step 2 could be renamed ComponentInspectionComment, or shrunken down to CompInspComment. It’s a different story if the step requires multiple of the same field; at that point you can use numbers, creating something like CompInspComment1, CompInspComment2, etc. This is all for making it easier to understand the data on the backend.

You don’t need to do any changes this time. I had the document open, so I went ahead and updated and routed it. This is something for in the future.

P.S. different revision numbers are only added if the traveler is edited after it has been uploaded to pansophy.

Yes C75 is being converted to the new naming! We still plan to change the existing travelers and update the data

I'm not sure I have the latest version of the word doc, can you send it to me? I can't remember if this is one I submitted or if Gigi edited and submitted.

Also, I thought the new naming started with P1 project, is C75 being converted to the new naming system too?

Hi Ashley. I was going through the c75 travelers when I noticed there were some mistakes on the C75 CHEM-COMP document. It needed the DEGR task at the end, which I changed on the file name, but not within the file itself. In addition, step 1 is incorrectly set up for multiple serial numbers. It should look something like this.

If you and your team were to make the necessary changes and update the traveler in the draft folder, I could go in and update and reroute the document for approvals. Hope that you have had a good day.
