Gary,

Your two travelers are now in as SNSPPU-CWI-EQFH and SNSPPU-CWI-HOBCB.

I understand your frustrations, however, we are all working on a lot of projects, including bringing 3 students and Allen on. We had to step back for a few days to prioritize P1, our in house project. We have over 50 travelers that are in our que to be converted and/or sent out for approvals. Please bear with us.

Hi Valerie,

May I know how soon can these two travelers be released for use? I have a few hoses that CWI has done initial inspection and there are issues that I would need to respond to.

These two were submitted on 9/28. All reviewers approved them by 10/8.

I see your comment about lots of travelers to work on. On a separate email thread, you quoted that the new quality system policy advocates to split inspection travelers. I guess that's not going to help with pansophy team's work load. We have SNS PPU, P1, C75, LCLS-II HE, ...all needs travelers.

Hi,

As I see from DocuShare, the subjected travelers are fully approved by all approvers. Why they are not available in pansophy?

Am I, as the author of these travelers, going to be notified when they are ready for use? I have been waiting for these so that NCRs can be created and processed.
