[Pansophy] Remainder 3

The renaming has made it hard for me to keep up with the list. I'm constantly confused with updating the master list. I try to keep up but it has been challenging.

Hi Megan,

will all the travelers be renamed following a new naming convention? The traveler C75-CPR-ASSY-WDLC which got renamed C75-VTA-CPR-LEAKW is already in Pansophy. Changing the naming convention of travelers in the middle of a project just adds one more layer of confusion, in my opinion.
Is C75-CPR-ASSY-DESTST the one that Danny needs to approve since August? Has he been reminded of it? Is C75-CPR-ASSY-DESTST being renamed C75-VTA-CPR-LEAKD?
This is so much fun!

Thanks,
Gigi

Gigi,

Apologies. The renaming is to follow our new naming convention and was discussed with managers and Pansophy team. C75-CPR-ASSY-WDLC is out for approvals as C75-VTA-CPR-LEAKD. It was sent out for approval on August 25 and still needs Danny’s approval. As for the TDWR, that is my fault. I will transfer the data over and make it so no one can open another traveler under that title. Feel free to check on the progress of the approvals at any time by going to the Approvals folder in the project folder in DocuShare, navigating to the document and clicking the 3 lined Properties button. From there, click routing on the left and select the routing. You can see the status there.

Hello,

  * the attached traveler which was sent originally on July 14th, with a remainder sent on August 21st is still not active.
  * As I mentioned in the e-mail of July 14th, I requested for traveler C75-CPR-ASSY-TDWR not to be available for data entering, as it should have been replaced by C75-CPR-ASSY-WDLC which I had sent. I saw that C75-CPR-ASSY-WDLC has been renamed C75-VTA-CPR-LEAKW, which does not follow the "standard" naming sequence and people are still using the old C75-CPR-ASSY-TDWR
  * As Kurt mentioned on Tuesday, there may be other C75 travelers/procedures which need to complete the approval process

Gigi

Hi Megan,

could you please send this traveler for approval? The one named C75-CPR-ASSY-TDWR will be retired and two new ones will take its place: the one attached and one named C75-CPR-ASSY-WDLC which will capture the warm dewar leak check of the pair and I will send you this second traveler later this afternoon.

Thanks,

Gigi
