[Pansophy] Starting a new Inventory for BNNT-HTB Project

Sorry for the late reply.  I am on-site MWF, and work from home on TTh.

I talked with my supervisor, Phil Denny, and got approval to help with the BNNT-HTB project.  We will need a charge code for support work performed.

I have been able to login into the folder and access the Excel spreadsheet.  I expect to have time to look through it and compare with inventory for items listed starting next week.

I expect that you will have travelers for this project and encourage you to contact the Pansophy Team (pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>)    to coordinate resources with them as well.

May I ask you to start a new inventory for this Project which in long form is Boron Nitride NanoTubes - Horizontal Test Bed?

The project will be a 2-Cavity Cryounit  using end cans and shells from the original HTB.

Kurt Mach composed a spread sheet with all the parts we need and I ask you to use it for tracking.  The spread sheet "BNNT Component list 12Oct2020.xlsx"" will be in folder "Bidding process and orders" in Biallas OneDrive HTB BNNT Share folder<https://jeffersonlab-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/biallas_jlab_org/EtUt9vv8tz5Lp7FLwRyvcJ4BH8yOwlC6HsLzH8V85EtDag>.

You are given access to this spread sheet.  May I ask you to fill out column F, "Confirmed Existing" with the date of receipt of the part.

Please email me back to tell me if you can get into the folder and work with the sheet.
