Dear Pansophy team,
We won't receive cavities from RI for HE until next summer, but I wanted to let you know the plan for hold point data so you can start to plan for transferring data to Pansophy. I can arrange a meeting with James from SLAC (SLAC is buying the cavities this time) who will be in charge of setting up the templates and OneDrive if that's helpful.
Thanks,
Katherine

Yes – the templates are in the onedrive folder which Dan will show. The hold point database itself (a SQLite relational DB) will be available to the CTB for review and analysis. My Matlab GUI for browsing the database will also be available, as well as the raw completed forms from the vendor.
I think we don’t expect to be receiving hold point data for several months still, but I can show people the database again at an upcoming CTB meeting if there is interest.

They are in onedrive which I need to show. He can correct me if I’m wrong but I believe he is going to make his database tool available to everyone.

Just so I don't forget, can James please send templates of cavity hold point data when those are available so that our Pansophy team can work at their convenience to set up the scripts to pull the hold point data into Pansophy?
Thanks,
Katherine
