[Pansophy] 3x SENC travelers & SNSPPU-INSP-HOBCB ready for approvals

Hi Gary,

For the most part, the travelers look ready. However, all four of them have identical NCR Informatives and Dispositioners, which doesn’t work in pansophy. In addition, I noticed in SNSPPU-CMA-SENC-INSP that the step 2 fieldnames had spaces in them, which count as special characters and also don’t work in Pansophy. If you could change the NCRs and remove the spaces, I can then route them for approval.

The three SENC travelers, i.e. SNSPPU-INSP-SENC, SNSPPU-CWI-SENC, SNSPPU-CMA-SENC-INSP and SNSPPU-INSP-HOBCB are now ready for approvals. They are all uploaded to SNS PPU draft travelers folder.
