FYI-  The Docushare E sign is really only intended for collecting the final approvals, and not for doing editing . This system had to be started after COVID – signing of paper copies was no longer possible . It’s not perfect -  but seems to work as long as folks follow the protocol from the Pansophy team

The idea is that authors  should do all their editing on the DRAFT version in your Docushare folder – and once the Author is quite  certain it’s good to go – then the Author should formally  let the Pansophy team know , whereupon they will do the final review for computer errors and send it for signature.

Just wanted to make you aware of the system and how it works . In the meantime, until the final version is in Pansophy and is approved ,  we will continue to inspect according to the R1 version – so you might be getting a few NCRs .
